The End.

Another school year is almost over.

The daily schedule of waking up early, getting ready, going to school, doing homework, and going to sleep is going to end. Not forever, but for a while. For most of us, we dread the repetition of our mundane school lives. Usually, there’s nothing exciting to look forward to. The only thing that keeps us going is summer break. There are events that occur throughout the year that motivates us to go to school, but for the most part, that doesn’t last long.

Transfiguring Words into Murals

Every time we see a word, every time we read a new novel, we create images in our heads. We see these imaginary images of each word coming together to create a bigger picture. We all can paint images in our minds, there are just a few who can make that become a reality. Our goal: To put those images from our imagination onto the walls. To show the world what we can see that others cannot. From each brush stroke to a swish and flick of our wands, we can create something that seems like magic.

We are the Ministry of Murals.

BRAWL. Can you not.

In my english class, we had a “BRAWL” which is pretty much like a discussion or a Socratic seminar (ugh, I hated those), but more intense >:P We had groups of four and then we would create questions from the book “All Quiet On The Western Front” to be placed in the BRAWL. Once our teacher chose 10 questions, we would have a few days to prepare our side and research information to support our claim. Pretty simple. NOT.

My brain is melting on the keyboard…

Blogging was definitely a new experience. It’s like writing in a journal, I just have a bunch of people reading it 😛 Sharing my thoughts with the world and seeing that someone shares the same idea is awesome ^___^ This experience helped me learn lots about how this “blogging” actually works and I also learned a lot about myself. I’m not trying to sound cliché, but seriously, it has given me time to think about how I view the world and it is definitely something I would hope to keep doing.

Secret Formula

DANGG, those drawing skills 😛 This blogger drew some AWESOME pictures and I love it. 😛 Especially because there is HARRY POTTER!! I totally think that the characters are everything. Each character, just like every person, is unique with their own paths and their own journeys. Even though the creators used the same formula to come up with them, the characters end up being different. They all have their own roles and play a specific part in the whole story. The characters are the tools to open that annoying little box, kick down the walls and to make the story a whole lot more entertaining.

The Fine Print

In a world…

Where all hope is lost when a megalomaniacal villain takes over the world, one person has the courage to stand up against the odds and…..blah blah blah. We’ve all heard this before. It’s hasn’t even been 8 seconds and you can already tell that this is going to be a long one. Actually, no movies start like this. But that doesn’t mean it’s still not there.

Hidden in the plot

And disguised as characters.

Trapped from the Outside World

My heart’s racing. I hear my heartbeats thumping in my head. I’m running as far as I can looking in every direction, but all I see are pine trees. The clouds are roaring above and there’s no one to be found. Its just me and the silence drifting together… All alone. I’ve been running for miles and it has all been the same. It’s just the pine trees. I don’t hear anything. No scuttering critters in the fallen leaves, no buzzing from the bugs. Nothing. I just want to get out. I don’t want to be stuck here. I can just image the ocean and the sand, the different style buildings, and the park with all little critters. Especially that super annoying squirrel that I think is out to get me.
